Hello all!

I hope you are all feeling less stressed and more positive this month? 🙂 Who has noticed the brighter evenings creeping in? As my days seem to be starting earlier and earlier, I am also very glad of the brighter mornings!

DWTS has been particularly eventful this past few weeks, so it’s been hard to find some time to chill out. But, what I am realising more than ever, is that the busier I am, the more I need it. So, I’ve started taking a walk every day. Just 15 minutes – sometimes just around the block of the studios. It gets my head a bit clearer and the fresh air really does wonders. And it’s a time to try to switch off.

So, if your day feels like you won’t get to the gym or that yoga class, take 15 minutes and just get outside. Go on your lunch break if you can. Just walk. Clear your head. Take some deep breaths.

See, that wasn’t so difficult? 🙂
