As One Restaurant, still powering through

Delicious, well-sourced, freshly prepared food in a beautiful Dublin city centre location.

And I say, you can’t get much better than that.

As One restaurant on City Quay opened in Dublin nearly 2 years ago and they continue to fill a long awaited gap in the market for fresh, organic, made from scratch food that you can feel good about eating.

Having a quick chat with Mark Cashen, the enthusiastic new owner, we are confident that As One is exactly that.

“I genuinely believe taking care of your gut health is the single most important thing you can do to optimise your wellbeing.
The restaurant has a really simple ethos; good ingredients, cooked from scratch for your benefit” Mark Cashen, Owner

As One is a restaurant and a café. Which means that you can relax over a  morning coffee, or head in for a great lunch that you can almost feel is as good for your soul as your body.

Mark is passionate about all his meals being made from scratch. I suspected (correctly!) that this can make it difficult to find people to agree with your ethos and not compromise on those ethics for the sake of convenience.

Bu the menus speak for themselves. There really is something for everyone! Hake with cauliflower tabbouleh, the best organic sandwiches, and homemade beefbroth…

Breakfast and lunch is served everyday and menus are designed  to enhance well-being, especially gut health.

That sounds right up our street! Saturday breakfast coming up!

As One are closed right now, but continue to offer delicious coffee and great takeaway options. Get in early!
